Referral Program
Do you know a family that could benefit from free, helpful support?
Are you a family that has benefitted from a family support program within the Child and Family Resource Network? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Refer another family that is either expecting a baby or has children under the age of five that you feel would benefit from friendly, caring, support, and get entered in our quarterly drawing for a free one-year family pass to the Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo!

How it works:
1. Complete referral form.
You will need the name of an adult member of the family you’re referring (must be expecting a new baby or have children under the age of five) and an up-to-date email and phone number for that person. You will also need to provide your name and email address so we can contact you with prize drawing information.
Note: Please let the family you’re referring know that you’re providing their information and why you feel the programs will be valuable to them. The referred family must live in one of the following southwest Iowa counties: Monona, Harrison, Shelby, Pottawattamie, Cass, Mills, Fremont, Montgomery and Page.
2. We will confirm contact information.
Once we’ve confirmed the email address or phone number of the family you referred is valid (we receive a response from them), your name will be entered into the next quarterly drawing for a prize listed below. We will also contact the family you are referring to the Network to share about the free, compassionate support programs that are within the Child and Family Resource Network and what they have to offer (see below for a list.) Again, it will be important for the family contact to know that they are being referred.
3. CFRN to contact winner.
We will contact the winner of the drawing with details on their great prize!
